I started using Naturally Pure toxin absorbent pads on Oct 4, 2004. The first night I used one on each foot. The next day I felt like I was hit by
a truck. My leg muscles ached all the way from my hips to my calves. I felt tired and could not focus on anything. I had no energy at all. These
pads were obviously doing something.
That night I called my friend Doug, who had started me on the pads, and told him what was happening to me. He felt that I had detoxed too fast. He
had heard of this before although it was not common. By that time things had eased up and I was starting to get back to normal. He told me to let one
night go by without using the pads, then start with one foot only at a time and see how that goes. That worked well so for a few days I used only one
pad per night, then went on to both feet again.
I was surprised at the black sticky liquid the pads pulled out of me.
I was using the pads because of a knee problem, bone on bone, swollen with arthritis. After one full week of using the pads I found I didn’t need to
use anti-inflammatory drugs (Celebrex) for pain.
